Can I shop in installments?
Yes. You can shop with credit card in 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 installments. You can review the installment options and maturity difference commissions in the product details.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can't. But creating an account will allow you to store your shipping information, see order history and view your product's warranty information. Additional features will be added
to the account page in the near future.

Can I return it if I am not satisfied with the water purification filter?
Yes. You can return the product within 50 days of assembly. We have a minimum 30 days usage condition for you to start your return process. After 30 days of use, if you decide
to return your water purifier filter, you can start your return process by contacting us.

Do you deduct money during the return process?
No deductions. No money will be deducted for the return of any device that meets the return conditions and is included in the 50 Day Return policy or 14 day right of withdrawal.
You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the device.
How will the product I purchased with a credit card be refunded?
The refund of payments made by Credit Card through the payment system is realized by the accounting department within 1-3 business days and you will be informed by e-mail. Credit
card payments will be reflected in your account within a few days depending on your bank. You can contact your bank for your refund inquiry.

Who will make the delivery?
We offer delivery service with cargo.
Shipping is free for all our products.
All orders placed on weekdays are shipped within 24 hours.
When will the product arrive?
We deliver orders received until 13:00 on weekdays to cargo on the same day. Our contracted cargo companies usually deliver it to your address within 1-2 business
days. This period may vary depending on the density of the cargo.
Are all necessary attachments available for installation?
Yes. We send all connection apparatus required for installation together with the filter.
